Foreshore Fitness is a friendly, Health and Fitness company in Perth WA, run by Andrew Scully - a professional and highly experienced personal trainer. With many years of practical teaching experience, a passion for explosive sports and understanding the workings of the human body, he ensures you get an efficient and effective workout every time.

Locations: Perth’s NW suburbs from Cottesloe up to Hillary’s, inland to the freeway and the Perth CBD. Your session will be held on Perth’s beautiful beach/foreshore-reserves/park out in the fresh air, or indoors at your private facility.

Style of Training: Drawing on years of experience in martial arts, yoga, competitive sports and western science, the important link between body and mind is harnessed to improve both your physical and mental fitness.

Using body-weight exercises and some training equipment (including boxing, weights and bikes) we are able enhance your fitness, strength and speed.
