Small Groups

So not too sure about 1-on-1 Personal Training or concerned about cost? Why not start your own private training group at a convenient location for you. This will enable the session to focus specifically on the goals for you and your team. Ask around and you'll be surprised just how many people will be willing to commit if they are training with friends and get a bit of a prod........and, you can share the cost around so the more people you get the cheaper it becomes!

Social Catch Up

Feeling stressed by the end of the working day? Grab some friends and/or colleagues and come and join us for a medium to high intensity circuit that will leave you feeling cleansed and calmer.

Using everything on the foreshore and a few training aids, you will get a whole body workout to keep the body balanced, fit and healthy. We incorporate dynamic and functional movements with a continuous emphasis on posture and technique to ensure a safe and effective workout every time. The continuous transition between different exercise types ensures you get strength and postural improvements with the added bonus of overall aerobic gains. As with all of our group sessions, finishing with a decent period of Yoga and stretching ensures you head off feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Wedding Ahead

What a great way to ensure the bridal party is looking its best on the big day! Several couples have used our services to whip their team into shape and enjoy the process of marriage and the lead up to it. Post Natal

Does your post natal group meet for coffee and cake and other activities that always involve food? The main difference with this activity is that you can justify the nibbles after the session and know that you are getting back on track to achieving your pre-bub body. By incorporating general fitness with pelvic floor and core strengthening exercises we will soon have you back into an active lifestyle and in control of your weight. With several options including exercising with bub in a pram, child-minding options and being mobile to meet at a convenient location that suits your group, why not put a healthy and beneficial spin on you post natal meetings?
