everything on the foreshore and a few training
aids, you will get a whole body workout to keep
the body balanced, fit and healthy. We incorporate
dynamic and functional movements with a continuous
emphasis on posture and technique to ensure
a safe and effective workout every time. The
continuous transition between different exercise
types ensures you get strength and postural
improvements with the added bonus of overall
aerobic gains. As with all of our group sessions,
finishing with a decent period of Yoga and stretching
ensures you head off feeling relaxed and refreshed.
